• We do not offer refunds on made-to-order outfits, as each piece is specially crafted
based on your request.
• Our dedicated Quality Check Team thoroughly inspects and approves every outfit before
it is dispatched to ensure it meets our high standards.
• Photos and videos of the completed outfit are shared with you prior to shipping, for your
confirmation and satisfaction. (There may be a slight variation in color due to editing and
lighting effects.)
• Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the
production process begins and materials are allocated specifically for your outfit.
• In case of damaged or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving
your order, along with clear pictures/videos.
• We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process and are always here to
assist you with any concerns.
• Our standard production timeline begins only after payment has been successfully processed. In cases where a delay in payment processing occurs due to the customer’s bank or payment provider, we cannot be held responsible for resulting delays in production or delivery
• Once an order has been dispatched, we rely on third-party logistics partners for delivery. Any delays caused by the courier or shipping company are beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for such occurrences.
• Should a customer wish to return an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for all return parcels.
