We do not offer refunds on made-to-order outfits, as each piece is specially crafted
based on your request.
Our dedicated Quality Check Team thoroughly inspects and approves every outfit before
it is dispatched to ensure it meets our high standards.
Photos and videos of the completed outfit are shared with you prior to shipping, for your
confirmation and satisfaction. (There may be a slight variation in color due to editing and
lighting effects.)
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the
production process begins and materials are allocated specifically for your outfit.
In case of damaged or incorrect deliveries, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving
your order, along with clear pictures/videos.
We’re committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process and are always here to
assist you with any concerns.

Our standard production timeline begins only after payment has been successfully processed. In cases where a delay in payment processing occurs due to the customer’s bank or payment provider, we cannot be held responsible for resulting delays in production or delivery

Once an order has been dispatched, we rely on third-party logistics partners for delivery. Any delays caused by the courier or shipping company are beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for such occurrences.

• Should a customer wish to return an item, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking for all return parcels.
