Return & Exchange Policy

At Erum Khan Store we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return or exchange. We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

 

If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 24 hours of delivery. Orders those are customized or given a discount on are not eligible for Returns, Refunds, Exchanges or Chargebacks.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Festive Unstitched/Pret :
    1- 50% initial deposit is required when placing an order, with the remaining 50% balance due before order collection. If the order is not collected within given timeline mentioned on the form, the company will not assume any responsibility, and the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited with no refund provided in such cases. No Refund Or Exchange After 24 Hours Of Purchase For Pret / Unstitched Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at our retail store.
  • Couture Outfits i.e Bridals/Formals :
    1- 50% initial deposit is required when placing an order, with the remaining 50% balance due before order collection. If the order is not collected within 3 months of the given date, the company will not assume any responsibility, and the initial 50% deposit will be forfeited with no refund provided in such cases. No Refund Or Exchange After 24 Hours Of Purchase For Pret / Unsitched  Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at our retail store.
